US Crime Stata Released for 2011......

Violent crime dropped in 2011, preliminary figures released by the Federal Bureau of Investigation on Monday show.Murder was down about 2 percent, according to the FBI, while forcible rape, robbery and aggravated assault all fell 4.0 percent when compared to 2010. But in towns with populations of less than 10,000, there was an 18.3 percent increase in murder in 2011. There was also a 0.6 percent increase in murder in the Midwest.Data for the report is collected by the bureau from participating state and federal law enforcement agencies. Final figures will be published this fall.....snip~http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/...180021646.html
What a crock. We are being giving such a load of :bull$#@!: even the media is playing into all of this. Trying to tell us this garbage so that they can make people feel safe while fearmongering over loss of First Responders, and or Terrorists. It is a joke. Things don't go from a downslide to the top of the charts in less than a year. Thats what Chicago has done. Murders and violent crime. Which Emanual and the Governor Quinn were all in the news about what Chicago is now going to do about all the gang crime and violent crime.
History does not long Entrust the care of Freedom, to the Weak or Timid!!!!! Dwight D. Eisenhower ~

In California they are early releasing prison inmates by the busload. Those numbers will rise on the Left Coast.

I believe this is the 5th year in a row violent crime rates are down.

I also believe gun ownership rates are up.

Legalize MJ and you could. And should. The "war on drugs" has just become another excuse for growing government and extending the police state.

And it will happen because it's proving too costly to jail drug users.

Check out the NRA and pistol competitions. Myself, I drove an Armored Truck (money) for 20 years and won the Top Gun Pistol Shoot championships 3 times. I will always hit my target moving or not.
