    4. Make the Dark Mistress involuntarily drool at my awesomeness. Eye dilation as well.

    5. Get my road maps back.

    6. Be able to play with kids and not tire out quickly. Not currently a problem by I never want it to be.

    7. Avoid injury - ain't nobody got time fo' dat.
    The Muay Thai workout should do it all for you.

    I suspect just chasing them & trying to keep 'em all clothed & fed is more exercise in a day than I get in a week...even with Yoga class!

    No chasing these days. Teaching. The good news is that Cthulhu has been taking turns with me and helping with the homeschooling. Tomorrow I finally get to go see the new Hobbit movie with my sister while he does school with kids.

    My favorite excercise is the pull up, and imo it's probably the king of the upper body exercises. Mix up high volume with weighted pull ups
