    Getting and staying thin fast!

There are a lot of fat people around, including my girlfriend. what i want to do is make a 'quick fix' for this. there must be a way!

Basically, when you diet you lose weight. this is where you burn fat reserves by eating very little. obviously you can stay fat if you eat mayo or something, but usually a lot of vegetables will not make you fat, but bread will.

So, you need to speed up your metabolism. this will keep you thin. you can do this by ingesting a tablet with amino acids in them, or other fat burning chemicals.

I find it hard to believe you have a girlfriend.

There is no quick fix that leads to healthy and sustained weight loss.

Healthy diet, and a proper amount of exercise is the only trick.

Every other gimmick out there will fail.

The reason being because not only must metabolism comply, but the state of mind as well.

You have to build lean muscle mass. Unless you get a sponsor to pay your bills you are not going to have the time to exercise long enough to get into shape.

If you have lean muscle mass you will burn more calories sitting down than an out of shape person will while exercising.

If it were that easy there wouldn't be so many fat people.

The only way to elevate metabolism is to exercise. Or snort a lot of crank. One way is obviously better then the other.

Weight loss should be done in steps. I occasionally train people, and my system of beliefs is centered around gradual and sustainable weight loss. Crazy crash diets, especially for overweight people, is unhealthy and unsustainable

Yeah.....that's no fun either. I am not a movie star or a model so I don't spend much time in the mirror fretting over my appearance.
