I read an interesting theory that its just as possible that its humans from the future coming back in time to harvest those cattle organs. Maybe a disaster with the genetics and an attempt to correct it. Makes as much sense as aliens. It seems to me that alien involvement would be to mix/splice their genes with higher life forms like monkeys and apes on earth than with cows. It could be that is exactly what happened which might explain the "missing link" in evolution. Not saying I believe it but its possible.
