They can operate captured tanks, many trained to the nines, you saw an example with the attacks in France by AQ in Yemen, these men know how to use weapons, they can create havoc with the regional powers in the ME, none of them by the way, capable of dealing with this threat without US support and anti terror capabilities. Two..... well three items we're certain of. One, we departed too early. Two, their most hard core fighters are more capable so Three, you're wrong. Again.
