    of course...right though the back yard of those who think this is a good idea. You referenced a tanker spill....how much do you think can escape from a major pipeline? How much damage do you think will be done by one tanker or several thousand gallons? Like I said. Let those who want it take the risk. If its a great, safe idea....no problem. If human nature prevails and someone/something screws up....it ain't my problem.

    why? its going to be moved...I just think everyone who supports a foreign company using eminent domain to use others' land to build a pipeline should be willing to put THEIR property & life style on the line. Seems fair to me. Give them the right to build on YOUR property and hope they don't get careless or that an accident doesn't happen while thousands of gallons crude goes under YOUR property. I think it should be routed to California refineries. We have enough here. The wildlife of the Gulf Coast appreciates your assistance.
