Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

I think very highly of the Declaration. A beautiful document. Penned by a man, BTW, that thought the authors of the New Testament were ignorant and unlettered men. One who also rejected the divinity of Jesus. So much for HIS Christianity, huh? But, as I've tried to point out to a few of you, the Declaration is not law. It was a big FU to the Brits and outlined why we were splitting the sheets. As far as any search I have done, as well as others, there has been not one SCOTUS case that has been decided on the Declaration.
The Preamble of the Constitution makes no mention of a god, either. Does that burst your theological bubble?

Instead of live-and-let-live atheism, the Anti-Theists show all the signs of being a fanatical religious cult devoted to stamping out Christianity as some kind of heresy. Interrupting Catholic mass was the type of behavior you'd expect only from Westboro Baptists or Nazislamis.
