Interesting read. A couple of Allied representatives on this one too.

I mentioned that the war crimes trials were not much more than victor's justice. We had our own that we ignored for the most part.

Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

I could only get about halfway through. It was too sickening.
Not Debatable.
Hardly comparable. However...I'd note that this list really is the high profile guys. There were in fact THOUSANDS who could be considered " War Criminals".
Fboming citie... there were so many milions of civillians killed in so many ways.. not sure i'd single out a few raids for being big and effective. Artillery also killed MANY. The Italians used poison gas against Ethiopia.
The Japanese were BRUTAL in the Phillipines.....and about anyehere else. The Russians could be VERY nasty.

The Pacific theatre was VERY nasty. Japan brutalized civilians and prisoners as a rule. In Island battles... the Japanese refused a surrender and so what beggan with 10,000 troops on an Island...could end with 10 survivors. At Sea.... you could be sunk by a sub with no hope of rescue.. or worse.. be in a sunk sub.
On the Eastern front... therre were probably 100,000 Russians captured by Germans...and more Germans captured by Russians. Of those less than 10% survived to ever return home.
