Good that will give you drive. if there is a job that needs doing, you do it now.

But while you can life without patience, you can't get there without a plan and experience, now is the time to put those in your resume!

He shouldnt, but for some reason, young people seem to think they are smarter than everyone else even though they have no accomplishments on record to support that silly notion.

I'm not saying i'm smarter than anyone here or that I am smarter than people in positions of power, however, that does not mean that my ideas can't be worthwhile or better than their current ideas. Age does not automatically make someone wrong or right, and having a fresh or better idea is not an insult to the person who's idea is being replaced even if their idea has been beneficial for a long time. Times change and so do ideas and ways of doing things. Sometimes the way it's always been is no longer the way it should be.

But the thing that a lot of business people and older people do not understand it that along with the wild and crazy ideas, they provide innovation and bring new energy to a business.

Thus my door is always open to anyone that has an idea!

Hard to be accomplished at a young age. Has nothing to do with intellect.

On the other hand, some older folk with average at best accomplishments and intellect sure like to overrate themselves

So how would I go about convincing you that my idea is a good idea if that idea of mine takes you out of the box that you've been in for decades? How does a 21 year old influence you into changing your mind on something that you have been firm on for years on end? (FYI, i'm not saying you are closed minded, that you are in a box, or that you don't have good ideas. I'm just asking questions with no bad intentions.)
    You said you are positive.

    About myself and my ways.

    Set this up this way.

In your company are 2 kids. And they tell you that whales are not in danger. So, trying to correct them, you explain what you know.

If they tell you you are wrong, then what?

    More clarity

I happen to like you as a poster. I never met you but you sound like a great person. My own kids are great and I would deplore some poster does not like them.

I have been here long enough to do a great deal of learning. I love learning. I like many issues.

I realize to some a 76 year old is about to kick the bucket. I am lucky to have good health. Oh, I have type two diabetes but no noticeable problems.

So, when you post things, I hope to learn new things. I realize you talk to the whole forum but you have come up with good information.

When we do not agree, I don't take it personal.

Not sure if that clears things up, but have you told me you enjoy my posts?

I have for you. It might be it should have been me asking you those questions.

    Hope that helps.

My question is how does someone of my age convince someone of Bobs age of that sort of new wisdom, that you can't stop gaining wisdom regardless of the source and regardless of your age? Does that make sense?
you begin with the groundless assumption that Bob or whoever is wrong and needs to be persuaded.

The only question in your mind is how to do it.

No experience certainly does not breed wisdom.

    Who says they don't understand?

When these know-it-alls come up with something useful it will sell itself.

Chloe thinks she knows everything when in fact she knows very little.

Bob OTOH has been there and done that already.

People gave you a lot of flak for this, Mac, and I think it's because you're right over the target. The reason we want politicians with wisdom and experience is because they generally know what they're doing. If 21-year-old Chloe were to be elected to any office in 2016 (hypothetically) I don't think anyone would disagree she wouldn't be ready for it. I know she's probably better than virtually any other politician (not a super high bar, I know, just look at the president), but there's a lot of middle ground there. I wouldn't ever trust someone as young and impulsive to any office.
