    Landscaping

I dont do landscaping anymore, all my life I did all my own. I finally retired from it.

My stone edging around the house was actually pitted from the heavy rain and they were black with fla mildew. I couldve gotten them power washed but they were pitted bad and some were cracked from getting hit with the mowers.

So I hired a guy go redo all the edging and put new stone down and rip out some old plants and put in new. Its a big job, this is not just a few feet of edging. I went outside and what a job this guy is doing. The edging matchs the color of the house and it makes everything stand out. Worth every penny.

I don't believe you. Pictures might make your outlandish tale more believable.

I helped a friend with landscaping the summer of my first year in college. It was hard work, but I liked it.

I used to love it, I would design my own and then do all the work, after work and on days off. I just loved doing the labor, I had a pickup truck. It made me money in the end, when I sold the houses and bought another.

It is hard and rewarding work, because you see your accomplishments, but it is really hard to keep up with all of the new innovations in the industry. Especially with more and more homes in all price points adding outdoor kitchens.

There is a company Called ASKO that actually has an outdoor dishwasher, Many Companies have clear Ice machines, warming drawers, Kegerators . Not to mention all of the decorative trims and different plants.

Once upon a time we tried to keep that in house be when my guys started there own company and concentrated just on landscaping, our homes looked a lot better

    Lol. Everyone's so serious today.

No more joking from me today.
(BTW, you could have posted pictures of Parliament's house and I wouldn't know the difference.)

I didnt go that far, but I had built a long barbecue with built in gas and a fire pit so I could do either or , I ran running water to a sink I built in, was simply a line off an outside spicket buried and ran to the barbecue, then in the winter I simply turned off the valve at the spicket.

I loved the digging and building end. Youre right its rewarding because its all for you and you can step back and admire what you did and its permanent if you take care of it.
