Too much debt spending.

The banks cannot repossess money loaned and spent for welfare, corporate or personal, or arts endowments etc. I mean all the world governments have to do is stop spending and offer the megabanks cents on the dollar. What are they going to do "repossess Canada?" No they can't because countries aren't listed as collateral for government loans, pretty much nothing is. If you are stupid enough to loan anyone, espeically a government , that much unsecured debt you reap what you sewed. And yes I know all the money did not come directly from banks, but banks and megacorps are indirectly involved in pretty much all of it. All what 5-10% of the debt that actually exist as a real asset to be lent against to begin with?
