I have not completely logged off of Tapatalk since installing it on my phone. The other day I completely logged off for about a half hour. When I went to log back in, it would not let me use Ravens Fan as my username because of the space between words, so I had to use my email address as my user name. That worked to get me in, but the push messages weren't working right. After a few hours, they started working, but then I noticed that I cannot do a few things. I cannot thank or quote any posts, and I cannot get access into the VIP room. This is only on Tapatalk, I can still do everything via my laptop.

Yes. That should establish your credentials. Then switch over.

Only other idea would be to change your user name, remove the space. I think I could do that...scary though, what if you can't get back in! Let's wait for some other mods, admin....

@Ravens Fan I'm not sure what the issue is. I don't use Tapatalk myself. It seems that the space in user name issue is well known. Here's another thread on it:

If you've already tried rebooting your phone, next I would try deleting the Tapatalk app and then reinstalling the latest version to see if that works. Please note there is also a mobile style available (select it from the bottom left corner of the page) if you prefer to use that instead of Tapatalk.

@Ravens Fan, I'll take admin's thanks as a yes I can change your account name, take out the space. I need to step out for a while, run some errands and such. When we're both online later I'll go ahead and do this.

Thank you Admin, I will try the ways you listed first. I have gotten used to Tapatalk, and the push notifications are helpful, so I would like to continue using it.
