    With the demise of manufacturing, not a great percentage. I imagine that the majority are now associated with public sector employment.

    You guys .... there is the obvious option that the poster intended to first shove in the worst trained Iraqis, probably Sunnis, then in goes the trained Iraqis and if that fails, our guys save the day.
