    Yes it does sound like he deserved the pardon. Jersey has brutal gun laws and restrictions. There has to be more to it though for him to be convicted and it taking a pardon to get him cut loose

    I'm happy he was pardoned. That conviction on his record was keeping him out of police work. Maybe it was done for political gain, regardless, I'm happy for him.
