It is coming. It is starting with polygamy marriages.

What is the basis to stop them? Then other laws will be removed.

The words are there, they simply don't mean what they once meant. The laws against homosexuals are still on the books so far as that goes, but they are not enforceable.

Do you agree that anti gay marriage laws on the books, still in writing, no longer apply?

Why do you think it only applies to such a narrow group?

So that Change or Expansion causes problems with people of faith, because the expansion or change causes the definition to include something that is sin to us.

Reading the Bible we are to separate ourselves from sin. That is Why the Red Head and myself are ending our state approved Marriage and going a different way.
38 states still have anti gay marriage laws on their books. Are those valid? Certainly not.

People think law is very narrow. Sure, some of it is, marriage applies to any people that want the alleged privileges of marriage. Gays opened the door wide open. As Peter says, such laws no longer exist.

The state no longer gets to tell you who you may marry. They are done.

Now My religion calls that Sin. So My wife and I don't like the new definition because it is no longer allowed to be the biblical definition of One man, and one woman. As a matter of fact the state laws can no longer say that Marriage can only be the union of one man and one woman. So they have to change.

Because of this change, we don't want to be part of the state approved marriage system, So we are going to remove our name from that list of people.

Now if you are no religious, I can see no reason that you would have an issue with the New, or expanded definition.
Nope, I'm saying nothing of the such. I'm asking you for the citation whete anything was removed. So far, nothing.

So, your religion calls it a sin. BFD. It probably calls lying and adultery a sin, too, but you didn't bail for those reasons. The thing is, even though most of you deny it, homosexuality is a special kind of sin for you. One that you place above all others.

Your little exclusionary club is no longer so exclusionary and you don't like it. I know. Many felt the same way when they let $#@!s join the country club.

This is not some guess. The homosexuals outlawed marriage laws. Surely you did not think it only applied to just them?

Roberts a top Justice even says this.
The laws that were in effect in 1976, when I was married, have the same validity. Nothing outlawed at all

OR Marriage is very special to us. Did you ever thing of it that way.. It was one of the blessings given to man directly from God. That was the reasoning behind the civil unions. but that did not work.

And Yes States have not had time to change their laws but all of them will have to change them.

If you have a club with NO liars that would be your club. Our "Club" does not want a legal definition of Marriage that also condones Sin, If you are Christian, you know that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God

In essence, this is what I am saying. No longer will just heteosexuals get married. All can get married as you got married.

So how long to you think it will be before some father wants his older daughter or Mother wants her older son to have all those legal rights.

This is why the religious people wanted the definition of the word Marriage protected Sorry but it would appear that we are right.
Didn't take long for the local magistrate to laugh in his face. But its good publicity for TLC, where hes on Sister Wifes, they've had a bad run lately.

Although this will be a good reason for Mormons to change their rules again. Who knows, maybe they'll kick the blacks out of the church now too!

    No, they're not valid.

I do wish you the best of luck when your church gets polygamy approved, its been a long time since the Mormons thought they were persecuted.

Good luck too finding your second wife. Of course you've got to find a first one first.
