ISIS has hit a new low of depravity with the Friday release of a video showing a boy sawing off the head of a Syrian soldier with a small knife.
The child, clad in camouflage, leans over the handcuffed prisoner and jerks the man's head back by his hair. Then the boy methodically cuts off the man's head.

The video, seen by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, is believed to be the first showing a child decapitating an ISIS prisoner. It was taken near the ancient city of Palmyra, which was overrun by ISIS killers in May. Meanwhile, in France, three young men appeared in a Paris court, charged with plotting an attack on a military base after receiving orders from ISIS, prosecutors said.

Well I for one think that we should let evil grow and continue to go unchecked What harm could come from that.

It is not like it has ever backfired on nations before. they are likely just misunderstood.

I'm not sure why this shocks anyone. Gangs in the US do the same to young/new members when they force them to commit a crime like shooting/killing someone in order to gain real entry into the gang. Does anyone expect ISIS to behave differently or to see age as an impediment to showing loyalty to their cause?

well I guess you're right. Isis is just a gang. They need jobs. HEY I bet the state department could help with this!!
