I'm surprised he didn't hit you with the flashlight. I was annoyed as $#@! and wanted to punch you.
Yes.
No.

good thing that 4 of them showed up....you were obviously a threat!

The cops seemed terrified.
They don't understand when people don't jump at their every word.
That being said, you were being "difficult"...whatever that means.
What was the charge? Obstruction?
I watched the video, and I see why you were arrested and why you were found guilty. I've done over 1500 trials, and you did everything wrong from the beginning. Your actions put the cops on the defensive which is never a good thing.
I wish I could say they were wrong, but you were your own worst enemy. You turned a simple ticket (or warning) for "impeding traffic" (too slow) to an arrest and conviction.

I did not see any PC to pull the driver over in the first place. Going below the speed limit should not be a problem unless it is considerably under the speed limit AND the driver is impeding the flow of traffic. Driving under the speed limit when there is little traffic should not justify a traffic stop as long as the driver is displaying good control of the vehicle. (Drunks often slow way down, thinking it makes them drive better.) I didn't see anything in the available video that would indicate the driver was impaired in any way.
Now, that said... When the cop said to get back in the car, the driver should have got back in the car. A driver exiting the vehicle immediately sets off alarm bells and makes an already nervous cop more nervous than is healthy for either party.
What was the charge?
