    Not seeing this being very viable. Unless the legs are easily detached. Anything capable of holding all the weight of a loaded helo is going to be somewhat heavy.

    This means less maneuverability (not what you want in a hot zone, different for civvies though), and less payload, and less service range.

    It certainly has application, but it is going to be limited in scope by design.
