Same here. A long time ago I used to load up my coffee with sugar and creamers or milk. Then I realized I did it because the taste of the coffee sucked and I was just disguising it. Now I drink coffee that tastes good by itself. 1/3 Colombian, 1/3 Sumatran and 1/3 dark Italian roast. All ground from beans in my kitchen. 2 scoops for two cups at breakfast, same for lunch. Ahhhh! Its my only drug except for an occasional Aleve. If I ever had tendencies towards being vain, selfish, manipulative, even sadistic and pschopathic, most of it vanished when I stopped drinking crappy sugared up coffee.
