    Curious that Bill Clinton is loved today by many. Generally Americans separate the personal from the political, so it not really hard to understand why Clinton got off, this isn't a religious 'you have sinned' nation. Plus the times were good for Americans so all is forgiven, bad times bring moral outrage whether required or not. I like Hitchens, shame he died so young, he was an interesting voice but here he appears a bit too moralistic.
