Here's an example of trolling @Dr. Who
For what it's worth. Chris is not a republican, he can correct me if I'm wrong.

Chris has been the recipient of far worse comments as have I. And how is that worse than the slams against the democrats or libs members of the forum? How about certain members suggesting that all libs should essentially be hunted down and killed? Isn't that precious? Not a day goes by that either Democrats or liberals are not called everything under the sun. Do you honestly expect me to worry about snarky statements? The forum rules are that if it isn't personal, it isn't actionable unless it is so offensive as to violate our host's standards. I find plenty of things to find offensive every day on this forum, most of which is not 'trolling' as you might define it. It is nasty, uncivilized behavior that I find offensive regardless of the political leaning. It is the name-calling, racism, and general dismissal of sincere opinions, irrespective of leanings that I find egregious. It's the fact that members are more concerned with sticking it to their 'enemies' than discussing anything that I find offensive. It's the reduction of people to something not human that I object to.
In quoting my post, you affirm and agree that you have not been goaded, provoked, emotionally manipulated or otherwise coerced into responding.

I have to respond to the blatant double-standards on display here, @Captain Obvious.Captain Obvious wrote:

1) Practically all you ever do here sexually objectify women, so it's not like you make a lot of worthwhile, good-faith contributions yourself, Captain.
AND...
2) I never see you call the cops in for me. I get treated worse than that all the time. For example, yesterday I was asked by one of our conservative members why I, by virtue of believing that Islam should be legal, "support homophobia, misogyny, theocracy, and antisemitism". When I calmly explained that I am this message board's leading feminist voice, an atheist, an LGBTQA rights activist, and a (qualified) Zionist who voted to elect two Jewish people (Bernie Sanders in the Democratic primaries and Jill Stein in the general election) to the most powerful office on Earth this year, I got "You support Islam thus you support misogyny, homophobia, theocracy, and antisemitism, there is no alternative those are central tenets of the ideology of Islam" in reply from the same individual, followed by one guy agreeing with him (!) and calling me a "$#@!" and another disagreeing and calling me a "femi nazi" instead. That sums up my typical PF experience. Why doesn't anyone ever call the forum cops to complain on my behalf? If I ever did so, I'd be branded a "snitch". (Already had that happen multiple times before even though I can still count the number of reports I've made over the years on one hand, out of which I don't recall any resulting in moderator intervention of any kind.)
