Yesterday Chicago handed out suspensions for disabling the audio in the cars ... and more is on the way.

The people who are going out of their way to protect the guilty Cops are looking more and more ridiculous each day.

Once again, admitting that they're Bad Cops isn't admitting all Cops are Bad.

CNN)Brian Encinia, the Texas state trooper who arrested Sandra Bland, has been indicted on a perjury charge, prosecutors said Wednesday.Bland, an African-American woman, was found dead in her cell three days after being arrested, accused of failing to use her turn signal July 10. She was 28.

Her family has maintained she should never have been arrested and would never kill herself. Police said she hanged herself with a plastic bag in her cell. The case raised questions of excessive police force and the role of race in police interactions.

The penalty for perjury, a Class A misdemeanor, is up to a year in jail and up to a $4,000 fine.

The Texas Department of Public Safety said after the indictment was announced that it will begin termination proceedings against the trooper.

The first video of the arrest contained problems, which raised a number of questions. In parts of the footage, the video was looped while the officer's audio continued uninterrupted.


There were moments when a car or wrecker driver appeared in the frame, suddenly disappeared, and then appeared again.


A Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman chalked the inconsistencies up to a technical issue, and a new version of the video, which did not have the same problems, was later released.

Perjury??? That is the funniest dumb crap I have heard in this case.

This is the full video; notice the difference between the first pull over and the massive attitude this woman gives the cop. He was going to give her a warning; she gave him nothing but a bunch of attitude. This is how you turn a civil encounter into a major escalation and into an arrest.

If you want to get your dumb a$$ arrested; be an a$$hole. She called him a pu$$y….a$$hole, you mother frs, and a few other choice names….yeah, she was a real piece of work.

I don't know how anyone defends this kind of stupid behavior. But, we are becoming a society of stupid sue crazy people who think we can act like morons and not have to deal with the consequences of our bad behavior.

If you think you can just talk pure sh!t to a police officer doing his duty, you deserve everything that comes afterward. It's moronic and this woman was a total moron and a rude piece of work.



As for his being fired; good luck with that. He will file a lawsuit with his Union and they will end up paying him, not the other way around.
