KC's defense has better depth and players than Denver's defense and it shows. In two games against each other, Denver barely won the first off a miracle play and lost the second. It's no contest.

Only one team has gotten more interceptions in the regular season (because adding the postseason stats would be unfair to Denver) than KC, and that's Carolina. Denver is tied for 13th. They're tied for first in interception TDs, which Denver is there too. While Denver has forced more fumbles, KC is tied for first on TDs off of fumbles. KC allows fewer points per game against them. Also, our stats are a bit skewed, because our defense didn't truly come alive until week 7. I'm not being a "homer", I'm being real. When Denver's D beats KC's D at these key stats (which, when it comes down to it, how many points a defense makes vs. how many they allow is all that matters), then we can take another look at which defense is better. As it stands, Denver is playing second fiddle on defense comparitively, as seen both times they played each other.

The best overall defense in the NFL doesn't have a lot of INT's this season.

Denver's defense will shut down KC if they even make it that far. Chances are, KC is done tomorrow.

You're a Seahawks fan and I'm a Broncos fan so I guess we'll be enemies until at least after the superbowl. Or maybe just until Sunday night if they both fizzle in the first round. I live in Arizona now so if it can't be my Broncos I hope its the Cardinals that go all the way. I would love to see a contest with the Broncos and the Cardinals. Then if the Cardinals win I won't feel so bad.

Back in the nineties I was watching the Broncos play on TV. My 5 year old nephew was watching with us and I asked who was his favorite team. Broncos he says. I ask him who his favorite player was and he said John Elway! I told him that I used to be John Elway. He looked at me kind of funny and said no you weren't. I said yes I was. I told him that before John Elway played I was John Elway but i had to retire so John Elway took my place. When my sister came to pick him up he said Mom, uncle Don used to be John Elway! She just rolled her eyes.

Did you even watch this season's games between the two? You're describing the exact opposite of logic based on experience. I look forward to the next game against the Broncos. I believe the Broncos will handle the Steelers handily. I believe today's game will be a great one, but the victor will be the Chiefs. As to the other side, I see the victors being Arizona and Carolina (though I want a GB/Chiefs SB, as Super Bowl 50 being a Super Bowl I rematch would be great).

Don't read too much into KC's one win over Denver this year. The Broncos and Chiefs play twice a year. The last time KC won a game was in 2012 and the last time they swept the season was in 2010.

To be honest, I didn't watch many AFC West games this year. Still, I just don't believe KC is going to be able to beat Denver, in Denver in a playoff situation. The regular season is not really relevant at this point.

The game between Denver and Pittsburg also has some substantial injury issues. Can the Steelers be effective considering the injury concerns with their starting QB and top receiver?

Actually, I would love to see NE get beat today. I just don't see it happening. I woukd be very surprised if Denver and KC play for the AFC championship.
