I would have laughed at my dad or grandfather for being a moron. Its being done on the computer so its almost impossible to mess up if you double check it. Of course Comcast was wrong but this idiot deserves to jump through some hoops for his stupid blunder.

Maybe he will look at what he types from now on instead of just hitting enter.
