I don't know where they are originating from. I only provided the distance between the capitals because that was the easiest point of reference. I can see if I can find out where Russia's major air bases are and guess from there. These are heavy bombers, so they need a long runway.

This looks like the official Russian Military press release on the air strikes. It does not disclose the location of the home air bases. It has a lot of cool information including "pictures."
