Actions have consequences. You either can't or won't lay off the weed and that particular action will limit your employment opportunities. It's not the "evil" employer's fault. It's all on you.

That's what we did. Drug screening for most companies is simply to reduce insurance costs.

I actually know a guy that is doing that. He's a 30 year CPA, he as MS, and he just started an accounting firm specializing in doing the books of medical marijuana dispensaries. LOL, here's his business territory:
