    Yes, the Turkish army once invaded my state but my sheriff pulled them over and they spent the night in jail. lol

    Most people in Africa don't even know Turkey exists. Why would they? Turkey is irrelevant.

    I'd imagine that a lot of it is used for other purposes. Charity, animal feed etc.
