I would argue it depends. Each above nationalism can be divided into separatism and supremacism. The one tends to be pro-race/culture/etc, though is can have shades of the other, which is anti-race, or racist.
The Nordic nations' reaction to the influx of immigrants forced by the EU is mainly defensive protection of the culture they had and not, I think, anti-Muslim, or anti-French, or whoever is immigrating there.

The suggestion was made that black nationalism is of equal gravity as white nationalism, that is all. Black nationalists don't get retweeted by presidential candidates. If that starts happening we can re-evaluate our concern.
The effect on society of white racism and black racism is not equivalent. This should be self-evident, but there are always stragglers and hard cases.
