so...you're saying that the republicans screen the calls of voters who call into their campaign HQ on election day looking for a ride to the polls and only agree to give rides to those they feel aren't dolts? Do they ask the callers where they prepped? Do they ask them whether the Bentley is in the shop, or perhaps the chauffeur is just on holiday? I ALWAYS am honest and my only news sources in English are standard internet news sites such as CNN and my former hometown newspaper from Maine's online edition. While you could have presented your argument in a more civil fashion, I agree. You don't retain several lawyers for lunch money. The $250 for a name change would have been far cheaper than legal fees. Lawyers don't take this kind of case on contingency as there is no payoff.

Most county or big city democratic committee offices have three or four sympathetic lawyers "in the stable" for cases like this with the potential for good ink.
