The Americans who don't vote don't do it for any structural barriers to voting. That is a silly concept.
Many don't care; don't think their vote counts; think that the system is corrupt; and many think the system is just fine and don't feel the need to get involved.

It will be a stroke of pure genius if Obama gets Romney into his administration.
Romney is a moderate (except in the matter of building up his own fortune) and has no truck with hard-right conservatives (like his own running mate, Ryan). It will send a message to those people that they will get nothing by continuing to play the obstructionist game.

This is the face of the nutty right:
The man needs psychiatric help. Perhaps Fox's Krauthammer could help? He says he's a psychiatrist.
But he's nuts too. He couldn't diagnose the obvious mood of the electorate and is unlikely to be able to diagnose, far less treat, a terminal case like Donald Trump.
He would be more likely to issue the same certificate of competency that he has issued to himself.

He definitely lost it with that one. But I still think he's the right guy for POTUS. Borrow to the hilt, go broke twice, and have them coming back for more. Name me a politician of any stripe who can boast of that record.
