We have these heavy duty pet overs made like a quilted cotton look on the couch and the futon. Dog doesnt go in my recliner. When we vacuum we vacuum the couch and futon cover and once a week it gets de stinked in the washer.

My dog has his chair that we gave him, it's covered with fake sheepskin. He won't lay on it if it's not covered. He will, however, moan about it until we provide the little prince with his luxury. He doesn't know that we are protecting the chair. He thinks it's his special covering and he won't even get on the chair if it is rumpled!Originally Posted by PolWatch
