Here's where you go. You grow a set and find a third party closer to your beliefs, in your case possibly Socialist ( which is not an insult) .
As for the Greens being a wasted vote . Pick your head up and look around, the lesser of two evils ( whether it be within your dem party or between the supposed two parties) has proven to be abject failure , especially over the past 16 years. Voting your beliefs is never a wasted vote. BTW, Hilary is more neocon than "moderate democrat".
So there ya go, I'll give you one shot to see if you are intelligent enough to understand the failure of the "two major party " path you cling to even after 16 years of Bushbama devastating our nation.
What "failure" are you talking about @donttread? This country is doing fine. Life in America might not be perfect for everybody, but it is pretty damned good for the vast majority of us.

Did someone tell you when you were a kid (assuming you're not still one now) that life was going to be a bed of roses and you'd be so wealthy you'd never want for anything?

Sorry you got duped, but you shoulda figured the fallacy of that out for yourself.

Just because your life is a bitter disappointment don't project it on to everyone else.

Most of the problems in this country are social problems. As far as the strength of our democracy is concerned, it's never been better. And the economy, though not perfect, is far from going to hell.

Whiners and doomsayers like you just use a lot of hyperbole in place of actually saying something.

    ========================================
Thanks to The Washington Post for this report.

Imho, that falsehood that Sanders' supporters would not cross over to support Hillary Clinton is just that -- a falsehood. They are doing just that! And just as I have been saying, when push comes to shove if they are real Democrats supportive of a Democrat and their political party they will vote for Hillary Clinton and support the Democratic Party.

Thanks Bernie Sanders' Supporters! You are doing the right thing by supporting Hillary Clinton! She appreciates your support and your vote in November!
We are all in this together to deny Donald Trump the White House!

Poll: 1 in 4 Sanders supporters won't vote for Clinton

Sanders had 12 million voters in the primaries, that means 3 million of 'em will be voting for Trump and many more won't vote at all.
We must have the clarity of vision to see the difference between what is essential and what is merely desirable, and then the courage to bring our government back under control and make it acceptable to the people. - Ronald Reagan, 1980 Nomination Acceptance Speech

In the past 16 years we have lost much of our economy, more of our rights, states rights have apparently ceased to exist and we constantly send our young to kill and die for rich man's glory half a world away supposedly over a commodity that flows below our feet while making nothing but future enemies to fight. We are grossly underemployed and somebody somewhere in the donkephant is assaulting at least one of the BOR's every day! WE spend way more than we take in and have a debt approaching 20 freaking trillion dollars which is several times more than the number of dollars that actually physically exist. Most of our food is processed to the point of being more posion than food and moved 1,500 miles using the commodity our kids are dying for. $#@!ing Monsanto has patented seed! Seed! They passed the Orwellian named "citizens united" , the "unpatriot act" and other Republic killing legislation.
You phrase "the strength of the democrocy " tells me all I need to know about whom I'm dealing with. Because if the democrosy is strong then the Republic we are actually supposed to be has failed. Unbridled democrosy is mob rule .
But as long as your satisfied with your country being a shell of it's former self than good for you.

There will be many of sanders supporters that will not vote. Hillary is not getting all of sanders voters.

Bernie supporters for rump. Both of them:

And Bush was certainly the greater of two evils as far as green environmental issues were concerned. You can wish and hope that we would have a political system that wasn't dominated by two parties.... but wish and hope in one hand and $#@! in the other and tell me which one fills up faster.

And if you can only see back 16 years, it is difficult to appreciate the sweeping grandeur of American politics - and the steady incremental successes of progressive liberalism over our history. People say that we are a "center-right" nation, and that may be true, but the center has moved sooooooo far to the left over our history that ideas that, when first brought forth, were considered uber-liberal and outside the realm of political feasibility are now situated squarely in the center of the stream. Abolition, women's suffrage, child labor laws, union organizing rights, minimum wage, workplace safety, social security, civil rights, environmental protection, medicare, gay rights.... the hits just keep on coming, and they'll continue to do so...year after year, decade after decade.

Methinks you need to live a few more of those decades and stay awake while you do.
You talk as though you just swallowed the donkephant talking points mannual. You don't understand us 3rd party types we don't give a $#@! which side of the donkephant wins because either way they'll make war, dole out corporate welfare , infringe more states rights and individual freedoms every day ( little stuff like "free speech zones", control freak laws, and due process abuses) .
Obama's actions have virtually been the same as Bush's . Third parties aren't a waste because if the donkephant wins it will govern the same no major dem or repub. Sure they talk different but surely your not still blindly believing their campaign bull$#@!? You do compare what they actually do. right? Or are you too far gone to even do that much?
Anyway methinks your lists of "hits" is just some dusted off golden oldies, way old.

Third party "types" like you are resigned to sitting in the peanut gallery and having no voice. If that works for you, it certainly works for me.

and sure... some on the list are old... the move to the left has been going on for a long time. That one about gay rights is pretty recent, though. Then we'll tackle some other far left loony idea and watch it slide right into the mainstream like all of the others. And there's not a damn thing you can do about it....

    especially from the peanut gallery.
