No. The government did not. It merely says if you are in the business of selling a product you cannot refuse to sell it for reason of your personal beliefs. If a store has one clerk or pharmacist in this case that clerk cannot decide what he will or will not dispense based upon his or her beliefs.

Sure they are Jim. That drug store is now mandated to sell a product it didn't want to sell. The reasons they didn't wish to sell it are irrelevant.

If one lives in a major metropolitan area, no chain pharmacy is going to employ a Pharmacologist, who has religious objections with dispensing birth control. And if they do, there will be other licensed Pharmacologists who have no objections.
