Does anyone think the police unions have a hand in all of this? I mean when a cop shoots someone, the first person they call is their union rep.

I actually agree with you on this one. Any evaluation based on another human being's opinion can be fooled. Psych evals are no exception. Polygraphs are often fooled by a pathological type liar.

Right. And honest but naive people fail them because they feel the need to explain every answer.
