I would like to see the practice of "winner take all" States to be stopped completely, but I realize that it is up to the individual States to decide for themselves. I don't have a real strong stance one way or the other about the issue though, was just reading other's opinions when I saw that you wanted to change the subject to how we should be respecting you and OGIS based on bogus stats. That was a bit more interesting, IMO.

Yes I do. The Presidential Electors Clause allows the state to determine how the select the Electors, not how to represent their votes.

The Compact Clause seems to directly forbid them from entering into that type of contract without Congressional approval.

I think that if it were to make it to the Supreme Court, it would be after the next Justice has been seated.

It all depends on who all wins in November. At that point we can start to speculate on what the outcome could be, IMO.

But if the Court follows the intent of the Clauses, I do not think the decision would be in your favor.
