I am seeing a lot of contradictory information on the web so I figured I'd ask some people who live this lifestyle to one degree or another. On the one hand, I've read that leafy greens, broccoli etc. contain a certain acid that inhibits the absorption of calcium. OTOH, I've read that the calcium found in greens is readily absorbed. What gives? This question occurred to me this morning because I came home from work yesterday with my groceries and put everything away except for the milk. I don't feel like going back to the store.
