Name at least five positive contributions blacks have made to American society.

Here's the deal: I'm tired. I'm whipped. I'm whupped. I'm whipped and I'm whuppI'm tired, I'm whipped, I'm whupped, and I'm all used up. I'm tired, I'm whipped, I'm whupped, and I'm all used up. I'd protest on the street but I'm tired, I'm whipped, I'm whupped, and I'm all used up. It's about all I can do to keep my eyes open.

I'm done whining about black racism -- I mean white racism. Black racism is okay. Black racism is good. I mean white racism. See what I mean? I can hardly think. I won't post anything here again that can be misconstrued as racist unless is anti-pasty-face white, and certainly nothing that even remotely appears to be politically incorrect, racially biased or insensitive of blacks.

I would just make one simple request:

Please post to this thread a list of what you believe are five positive, lasting contributions that blacks have made to American society. If you can't name five, name three.

    Okay, name just one.

With enough participation, by the time all their positive real contributions they have been listed, we should have an excellent portrait of exactly why America is Great.

    Right?

    Thanks.

Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell have made many contributions to economics.

Justice Thomas is a great conservative justice.

Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King did much to advance equality before the law.

Frederick Douglass was a leading abolitionist.

From Robert Johnson to Jimi Hendrix great blues and rock music.

Took seconds. Why are you struggling?
Tradition is not the worship of ashes, but the preservation of fire. ― Gustav Mahler

This, and there are certainly more. And we would be remiss to not acknowledge that blacks were slaves until the mid 1800s and weren't treated fairly under the law until the 1960s. And most aren't even treated fairly now, as many are poor. The courts aren't designed to work for the poor and the police take advantage of the poor.

Ahh ... the hypocrite card ... and in less than 5 posts. Blacks get more mileage out of the hypocrite card for all manner of sin than anything else that has ever been corrupted in Christianity. Awesome.
