Perhaps you are not looking at it from a republicans point of view.

The homeless man was dragged out of the shopping mall because he is homeless. That's the simple straighforward answer. How he achieved that position is unconcerning because it must have been his own fault.

He lost his job because he lost his home to Fanny Mae. Simple. He shouldn't have had a home if he couldn't make the payments. Fanny Mae has nothing to do with it because he signed for the loan and couldn't read the small print because it was hidden my a microdot under the final period.

Then by sleeping on the streets he got sick. Whose fault is that? It rains in America and people get wet. He was taken to a hospital and treated under the 'everyone who turns up here gets something'. Maybe it was a bed for the night and two aspirins, which the hospital billed as $4,000 because they are forced to treat those they don't want to treat and anyway, have to make a profit.

Maybe I'm incorrect in my post but I learned it all from this forum.
