False. Trump was forthcoming long before election day about favoring some aspects of Obamacare such as pre-existing condition coverage and parents being able to keep kids on their insurance up to 26. Anyone who was listening to what Trump said about Trump rather than just what the media said about Trump should know that. He differs on how to pay for it. He suggests Medicaid block grants to the states as opposed to the individual mandate, which is failing anyway as younger, healthier people refuse to buy in. That never bothered me as I've always acknowledged that if we as a nation want to help low income individuals with heath care the cost is coming one way or another. It can either be through skyrocketing insurance rates and huge deductibles or we can bite the bullet and pay for a Medicaid expansion. Either way we pay for it and I'd rather have healthcare choice as opposed to the government controlled system that Democrats have been angling for all along.
Make Orwell fiction again.

He said he's only keeping the pre-existing conditions and up to age 26 clauses.
We must have the clarity of vision to see the difference between what is essential and what is merely desirable, and then the courage to bring our government back under control and make it acceptable to the people. - Ronald Reagan, 1980 Nomination Acceptance Speech
