I used to have one when I lived at home but left it there with my parents when I moved away. I'm actually thinking about getting one again but haven't pulled the trigger yet on the idea......

Yeah, I had to. And pro-gun control is very much conservative. However, it's difficult to define 'conservative' in America when Trump himself qualifies (Trump is about as conservative as I am a toothbrush). It's easier to define liberal, since there is a coherent set of beliefs and ideals.
It's also difficult when money gets involved, since we know that there is an monetary reason to proliferate gun ownership.
I thought this discussion was a bit bland, so I opened it up. Deal.
