60m of us voted for Trump. Can't she sing for us? Would she sing for the pope? Washington Redskins? U.N.? Death row inmates? Illegal aliens?

I am not sure that I understand the problem. If someone really opposes Trump, they shouldn't have to perform for him. This singer chose to resign. Big whoop...

The Trumpkins are pissed because it's a snub to their Orange Messiah. We common folks aren't aren't allowed to do that sorta thing.

I sense there might be more to the story. She could have begged off for that one performance and then sung for all other events, but she resigned from the choir entirely. And she did so in a very public manner. She made a political stand -- compared Trump to Hitler.

It all reeks of the many cases of "sore loser" that have been going around.

She got her 15 minutes of fame and will not fade into obscurity.

I'm guessing many of the other choir members are glad to see her go.

She is only getting the attention largely because people seem to care, otherwise it wouldn't be a big deal.
