No, you clearly don't know. Are you hoping that you have some sort of plausible deniability? The only reason that I can produce for your desire to say something like "you don't know" instead of one tiny Google search to actually learn the answer is that you don't really CARE what the answer is; that you'd rather simply defend your narrative and must remain IGNORANT to do so.
How many officials from how many agencies have actually made the claims upon which you are so heavily relying? By my count, it is only 3 officials - and their claims have been extremely vague, and in one case already completely refuted. Why would they claim to know something important if they really don't? Does the Obama Administration really have so much influence over them to convince them to make $#@! up?
And yes, Obama has tremendous influence. These agencies report to Obama.

They are, however, supposed to brief the president-elect.
http://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/03/us...king.html?_r=0WASHINGTON — President-elect Donald J. Trump said Tuesday that intelligence officials had delayed briefing him on their conclusion that Russia interfered in the 2016 election and suggested, with no evidence, that they might be buying time to assemble a more substantial case.
Like it or not -- they will answer to Trump in less than three weeks.
What will they do then?
