    In response to the islander down under the other down under island, the answer to why only Americans understand America is the that it takes an idiot to understand an idiot.

    Which is why someone else will have to try to understand Mister D, since Grumpy D has been unsuccessful, notwithstanding the similarity in last name abbreviation.
