I suppose that this must mean that for the past eight years, Democrats have been treating Republicans as The Enemy; and Republicans have just been slow to "figure that out."

Perhaps you think that this amounts to a good excuse for such behavior.

    But I certainly do not.

WV is a blue dog democrat state, in large part because WV is still a 20th century state.

I don't mean that in a bad way either.

    more swamp draining

The Democrats have a fairly large number of senate seats up for reelection in 2018. If they continue on the course they are on now, their losses might be historic in nature.

I guess his ego is feeling a bit fragile but I'm not one to brag about things like this. Mostly because I take the high road to the extent that, if people want to achieve personal goals in this sense, more power to them. I generally respect that but when people do it to shove it in other peoples faces, that's arrogant and narcissistic and IMO a personality disorder.

But I've mentioned this stuff here before in those threads "what is your education level" or whatever so it's not like this stuff isn't already out there, but I'm an MBA, CPA, I have... 4 other professional certifications. I've been a CFO at at least a half dozen hospitals. I've been the treasurer for several NFP's (gratis work), I've chaired state industry associations, I've taught college level accounting and math courses and I coached a youth soccer team to the regional championships (won it, got a very nice plaque for it and I consider it my best accomplishment so far).

I've been toying on getting a PhD in healthcare and I should have 10 years ago when tuition was still a car payment. Now it's a mortgage payment and I don't think at this stage in my career it would be worth it. That much cash for a cap feather, nah.

My short term goal is to be a hospital CEO but not too soon, I'm fine where I'm at right now and I do have the assistant CEO designation.
