I'm in AZ and I am in Outlook right now. If you're still getting that message, check your internet network settings.

I wonder if your email provider can help.
Outlook only collects and maintains email data -- it doesn't offer it. Outlook is just a Microsoft Office program.
Can you log into your email account online somewhere? Bypass Outlook completely?
If so, there could be a glitch between your provider and Outlook. If so, your email provider, if it's not Gmail, might be able to help configure.
I use a different email provider that requires different account configuration in order to use Outlook. Gmail usually links effortlessly but if my email unlinks, my provider has to walk me through the reconfiguration.

Yep ... I have at least 15 Hotmail Accounts and several G--mail accounts pinking servers from the East to West Coast

His email provider is Microsoft, as Hotmail is owned by them. It's an online email provider, like Gmail, but significantly less advanced.

I use 5 hotmail accounts and I use 5 other services. Its still down here and according to the internet its down all across the country for some people and up for others.

M first email account was hotmail (now outlook), might have had it for 30 years maybe.
Just switched to gmail. Outlook is garbage, unuseable. They want to shove an app down your throat for it to work now.
$#@! apps, this $#@! worked fine for decades without apps.

Hotmail Update: Servers are connecting but you may want to shutoff Push Updates for a while until the they catch up. You can Fetch every hour to limit timeouts.
