    4 I believe did, they understood the cost of selling their souls. The rest of the states are prepping to pay the devil now. But that doesn't nullify my point in any way, keep in mind.

    Can you show me the financial impact of Medicaid expansions? Real data? I've seen it but maybe this will be a good learning experience for you.

    If you decided to educate yourself, one of the things that you'll discover is that there was a huge shift from providers bad debt to contractual allowance. Contractual allowance is basically the difference between what a provider is paid and what they billed. There was a slight uptick in collections because of the shift but it was marginal.

    Medicaid programs suck basically, they pay $#@!.

    Take another swing, but do a little homework next time before you do.
