The Trump administration is working to undo an Obama-era directive that allows students to use school restrooms that correspond with their gender identity, the White House said Tuesday.

I think you miss the point here. There should be no law! it has been going on forever! The issue is the law! Look there is no need for it and it only pisses people off because people do not want to see a MAN go into the ladies room or a woman into the men's room. What point did I miss? "If it looks like a man going into the ladies...There is an issue" is pretty much exactly what I said. President Obama's directive to schools was in response to local laws that sought to enforce the "what sex is on the birth certificate" idea. Social and religious conservatives, angered because their unfair treatment of same-sex couples has pretty much ended - at least officially - have simply latched onto a new target - a new cause to rile up the pious and the rednecks.
