And when the attorney who got the confessed murderer turned loose was asked if he felt any responsibility for the woman murder he said, "None. I was just doing my job." Just like Hillary Clinton, the guards at Buchenwald, and Lois Lerner.
There is a sensible way to deal with this what if scenario. It won't become law, but it's good to think about.

It should be that if a prosecutor does not allow all the evidence in and / or knows of something that would have established the accused's innocence, that prosecutor should face prosecution and their sentence the same as their victim got.

Who the governor is would be irrelevant. These men were all convicted of murder, some multiple murder, they've all exhausted their appeals, the most recent conviction was 14 years ago.

Now, why do you think the executions should continue being delayed beyond simply not wanting to see murderers executed?

It's too late to rush. The most recent conviction was fourteen years ago. Appeals have been made and exhausted.

Of course, life without parole doesn't really mean life without parole. Every single one can eventually get out. One has escaped in pig slop, and killed when he got out. Maybe he'll do it again. Or, perhaps we'll elect another Democrat who hates America and he'll pardon all of them. Or, a governor could pardon them. A man sentenced to 126 years with no parole had his sentence commuted to life and was offered a parole on the condition he move to Colorado. He was in our city 29 days before he kidnapped a young women.

I'm not, I'm simply opining that Gov. Hutchinson is making himself relevant with the announcement of a mass-execution ... the same way he injected himself into Sandy Hook ... where more than twice the people and children were executed ... to make himself relevant.

I think the trauma of dragging out the executions in itself warrants doing them all at once. Not in eleven days but eight gurneys, eight injections, eight caskets, all done. If you were having five teeth pulled, would you like to do one a day for five days or would you rather do them all at once and get it over with?

Oh, I see. A new low for distraction. You didn't want to talk about the murderers being executed or about their victims from two decades ago. No, you had something to say about the governor. Okay.

U.S. Supreme Court Denies Arkansas Request to Begin Executions

    http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/let...utions-n747546

CUMMINS UNIT, Ark. — The United States Supreme Court rejected a request by the state of Arkansas early Tuesday to execute the first prisoner in a tight schedule of eight death sentences it planned to complete before the end of the month.

The decision was the culmination of a chaotic day of legal arguments, as Arkansas attempts to carry out its first executions in 12 years before its supply of lethal-injection drugs expires at the end of the month.

The high court gave no explanation for its ruling, but said it would not lift an order made by the Arkansas Supreme Court on Monday to stop the executions of two inmates set to be put to death that night.

They were scheduled to be the first of eight people put to death in the space of 10 days.

Arkansas Executions: What’s Next for the State’s Push to Execute a Record Number of Inmates

    http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/let...record-n747936

LITTLE ROCK — After one man's life was saved by a late-night U.S. Supreme Court decision and two other death row inmates received temporary reprieves, Arkansas now plans to execute five men over eight days.

If this slate of executions proceeds as planned, it would be a grisly record, one that only Texas can currently claim.

Eight men were originally scheduled for execution over 10 days, because the state's store of a controversial lethal injection drug is about to expire.
