I do see, though, how it could be misconstrued, if casually read, particularly if one had not read Starman's post #38.

I take government advice with a grain of salt.

The handwriting has been on the wall for a very long time. Furthermore, government actually made it possible (through stupid financial legistlation) to allow banks to provide extremely high ratio mortgages. That was revoked, but will now be allowed again. We are now dealing with millennials, the most entitled generation in the history of mankind, who generally haven't got the first clue about saving money, but expect a great deal for no effort or sacrifice. Actually, the only saving grace are immigrants who are not spoiled rotten. It is imperitive that government tell people that life is not the fantasy that they have enjoyed growing up.
