I agree it'll be wrong. Just like it'd be wrong to filibuster this guy. There was one justice filibustered, arguably. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-me...-never-been-f/ I'm against it and think that the justice should get an up or down vote -- like I said about Garland.

I don't know that I'd go so far as to say it's wrong to filibuster. I said this about the GOP when they were in the minority during the Obama years, and I'll say it now that the Democrats are in the minority too: each member of Congress is duty-bound to represent the will of their constituents. Almost by nature, Democrats are elected to oppose the Republican agenda, and Republicans are elected to oppose the Democrat agenda. I don't have to like it, but I do have to defend it.
